Familiarity with Access data base and Innography desirable Maintain complex patent sales data repositories of patent sales case assets in leading productivity tools. Segment patent offerings and determine/manage direct and indirect sales channels. Manage all aspects of a patent portfolio sales life cycle, including preparation of initiatives and marketing materials, building industry contacts, negotiating and closing deals. Effectively manage other special projects as requested by the Regional Manager.Assure delivery of services in line with or exceeding customer’s expectations or operational / service success criteria's throughout the relationship lifecycle.Oversee all customer specific projects and programmes identified for implementation within CPA Global, through an internal team of business operations and functions, directly or indirectly delivering to the client.Drive improvements and initiatives in partnership with relevant stakeholders or business owners to resolve delivery issues, failures or adverse feedback from customers.Takes ownership of issues and ensures they are resolved to a satisfactory resolution in the eyes of the customer completing audits identifying trends determining system improvements and implementing changes.Provide effective customer account management and ensure customer retention for an assigned portfolio of clients. Work with other teams to assist in the processing of client’s renewals data, and make recommendations on the efficient use of those resources.
